A federal choose says Tennessee’s legislation banning grownup cabaret performances in public or within the presence of minors is unconstitutional, NPR reported.

“The Courtroom finds that — regardless of Tennessee’s compelling curiosity in defending the psychological and bodily wellbeing of youngsters — the Grownup Leisure Act (‘ACA’) is an unconstitutional restriction on the liberty of speech,” wrote United States District Choose Thomas L. Parker within the 70-page opinion.
