Jim Jordan, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee took aim Thursday at Democrats for not attending an in-person hearing regarding the Yuma border crisis, Arizona. Republicans heard testimony from people about the devastation the crisis has caused in their respective communities.

Rep. Jordan (R-Ohio) said that “It is a shame that no one Democrat member would join us on our trip, despite having had weeks of advanced notice.” It’s disappointing but not unexpected.
