The Walt Disney Co. filed a federal lawsuit towards Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis on Wednesday after the theme park’s particular tax district, the Reedy Creek Enchancment District, was revoked.
The swimsuit alleged that DeSantis, the brand new board that oversees the previous self-governing district, and a number of other different Florida officers launched a “relentless marketing campaign to weaponize authorities energy” towards Disney, based on CNBC.
