Conservatives mocked President Joe Biden Friday for suggesting that he doesn’t know how he can believe he is the President of the United States. He made these remarks at the White House National Governors Association Winter Meeting.
“Every time I hear ‘the President of the United States,’ I look around and say, ‘Where the hell is he?’” Biden said.
