A failed Republican candidate was detained in relation to multiple gunshot incidents in New Mexico at Democratic residences.
Solomon Peña was arrested on Monday by Albuquerque police at his residence after a SWAT standoff.
Four other men were hired by the 39-year old to attack two counties commissioners’ homes and two state lawmakers. All four of them are Democrats. Between Dec. 4, and Jan. 5, the shootings occurred. Twelve bullets were fired on the North in one shooting incident that occurred between Dec. 4 and Jan. 5.
